SD AI Studio is operated by A Rhea of Hope, Inc., a California corporation. By using this site or submitting information through it, you agree to these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

Event listings are curated for convenience and may be changed, postponed, cancelled, or inaccurate. Confirm time, location, price, eligibility, and other details with the event organizer before relying on a listing. A listing is not an endorsement or guarantee by SD AI Studio.

You are responsible for material you submit and must have the right to share it. Do not submit unlawful, misleading, infringing, abusive, malicious, or private material belonging to someone else.

You grant SD AI Studio a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, format, and display submitted material as reasonably needed to review, publish, promote, or archive the relevant event or community activity. You keep ownership of your material. We may decline or remove submissions at our discretion.

Participation in an event is subject to the organizer's event-specific rules, venue rules, safety requirements, and recording notices. Treat people and their work with respect. We may refuse or end participation when reasonably necessary for safety, disruption, abuse, or venue compliance.

SD AI Studio events may be photographed and recorded in video and audio. Event pages and on-site notices may provide additional terms. If you have a recording concern, contact the organizer before participating or notify us promptly.

The site design, original copy, logos, and other SD AI Studio material are owned by or licensed to us and protected by applicable law. You may link to public pages and use expressly downloadable resources for their stated purpose. Other copying or commercial use requires permission.

The site links to third-party event platforms, communities, tools, and websites. Their terms, privacy practices, availability, and content are their responsibility. SD AI Studio is not responsible for third-party services.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site, listings, downloads, and community services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee availability, accuracy, results, security, or fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing on the site is legal, financial, medical, employment, or investment advice.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SD AI Studio, A Rhea of Hope, Inc., and their officers, volunteers, hosts, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from the site, an event listing, third-party service, or your participation. Applicable law may not allow every limitation, so some limitations may not apply to you.

We may update these terms by posting a revised version with a new effective date. California law governs these terms, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, and disputes will be brought in courts with jurisdiction in San Diego County, California.
