The San Diego AI Studio ("SD AI Studio") SMS program sends event reminders, RSVP confirmations, and community updates to attendees and members who opt in. Operator of record is A Rhea of Hope, Inc., a California corporation.
Message frequency varies by event cadence. Typical activity is 2 to 6 messages per month, primarily around event dates. There is no scheduled marketing or promotional drip.
Message and data rates may apply per your mobile carrier plan. SD AI Studio does not charge a fee for the messages themselves.
You opt in by providing your mobile number on the RSVP form at sandiegoaistudio.com when registering for an event. The RSVP form discloses that you will receive event reminders and updates via SMS. Opt-in is timestamped and stored alongside your RSVP record. Mobile opt-in data and consent are not shared with third parties for any purpose.
You may opt out at any time by replying STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT to any SD AI Studio SMS message. You will receive a single confirmation that you have been unsubscribed.
