LAUNCH OR LEAVE · rules v1.0 · 2026-09-28
- 1. Pay the entry once and you're on the pad. The founding twenty pay $25. Members 21 to 40 pay $50. After that, $100. The pad shows how many seats are left. Your entry price stays the same while you stay on the pad.
- 2. Launch every week: one public thing off the pad, a link anyone can open plus one sentence on what changed for a human. Declare it on the pad by Sunday 11:59pm Pacific.
- 3. Miss a Sunday and you've left. The pad says so, by name, Monday morning.
- 4. Re-entry is open any time. It costs double what you paid last time: $50, then $100, then $200. No cap. Your ladder is yours for good.
- 5. No refunds. Ever. The stake is the point: money you could get back is a deadline you could skip.
- 6. If your row is wrong, reply to your Monday email or post in #launch-log by Monday noon Pacific and it gets fixed. The timestamp on your declaration is the evidence. If the pad was down at the deadline, a timestamped public post anywhere counts.
A launch: a live demo, a deployed page, a public repo with a README that runs, a real writeup, or a client fix that is live (with permission).
Not a launch: "worked on it", private commits, a plan, "almost done".
No pauses, no lives, no freezes. Away next week? Launch before you go.
Lucas is on the pad under the same rules. His receipts are on it.
These are rules v1.0. If they ever change, the change applies to people who join after it. You keep the rules you paid under.
The pot goes back into the rooms. The running total is on the pad.
